Smoke Test Surveys!

Good evening!

We have sent out the smoke test surveys to make sure things are working as intended. This test goes out to 5% of backers. If you get the email, please fill it out as soon as you can. Once we get to 60% or so, we'll send the rest.

Please keep in mind, if you encounter any issues, please email me at [email protected]. You can also email me if you want to change your pledge from Digital to Physical. Just let me know which tier you want to switch to.

If your card failed during the KS and you had limited items selected, you may need to contact us to have us re-add the items to your cart.

Lastly, we are not offering signatures for this project since it was a collaboration. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We are funded! Thank you everyone for their amazing contribution. This Campaign blew up on the last day with so many of you jumping in and showing support. You Rock!

• so What happens next? We have to wait about 3 weeks for the funds to go from kickstarter to us. After that we will be preordering some of the items that take a while to manufacture.
• Do you have my address? Not to worry. in About 4 weeks, Russ will email you a survey from backerkit. This survey will ask you to confirm your order and input your address. This email will go out to the email address you have associated with your kickstarter account.
• Can i still get more items or is it too late? Most items will be on the backerkit survey store. after you confirm your order, you will have the opportunity to add more items.
• How long do I have to complete my survey? Once Surveys go out, you will have 3 weeks to complete them before we go to print. 
• What if I fill out my survey late? If you miss the deadline for filling out your survey, you will be put in the "late bird" category. Backers in the Late bird category will get their items sent out to them after every one else.
• What is your exchange/return policy? After your package shows up at your residence, you have 7 days to contact us about discrepancies in your order.
• Any other policies I should be aware of? Yes. Please read below as this has become our ongoing policy regarding neglected Surveys.
